• Returns. We allow for refunds only. We do not allow exchanges. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at nathantwigg@ymail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.
• Return shipping. Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization.
• Eligible items. The flowing: clearance, final sale, special order, custom order and gift cards are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to refuse a return, at management discretion, if the item being returned does not meet criteria set for within this policy.
• Conditions of items. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be “open box” but must be unused, undamaged and complete with all original packaging.
• Form of payment. Refunds, if issued will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fee unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Items that are purchased and in stock, will be shipped with 3-4 business days. Most shipping within 24 hours of purchase.

Items that are completely custom will be shipped no more than 48 hours after the custom order is completed.

Stocked items that are to be customized (i.e. Adding engraving) will be shipped with 5-6 business days.
